All Levels Vinyasa
Build confidence as we dive into more challenging postures and refine alignment with a focus on techniques to develop steadiness and ease in the Vinyasa flow. Best suited for students with basic yoga experience.
Kundalini
Breathwork, chanting, and movement to awaken energy. A transformative practice that activates body, mind, and spirit.
African Dance
Traditional West African rhythms and movement with live drumming. A joyful, high-energy celebration of culture and community.
Salsa

bodyART

Afrobeat Flow
A fun, musically infused vinyasa flow. Energize and uplift to the backdrop of sweet beats from West Africa and beyond. All levels welcome.
AcuYoga
Yoga and acupressure exploring the Traditional Chinese Medicine meridian system. Breath guided by movement, acupressure, and meditation. No previous experience needed.
For Expecting & New Parents
Growing Together
With prenatal classes throughout the week and our Move with Baby postnatal class, Shambhala is home to one of Brooklyn’s most connected communities of new and expecting parents.
New parents who become friends, go out for coffee after class, and support each other through this transformative time. We are also planning doula meetups and prenatal education workshops — stay tuned.
