Not at all. Many of our students start as complete beginners. Our teachers provide modifications for every level, and classes like Gentle Yoga, Restorative, and Chair Yoga are specifically designed for newcomers. You'll never feel out of place.
Just yourself and comfortable clothes you can move in. Mat rental is included free with your special. We have changing rooms and water available at the studio.
